Deleting a User Security Profile

Note: To delete a user you must have Security rights.

1. When you first enter the User Security option a Select A User window will display with the following options:

• EXIT – Select EXIT to exit the User Security option and return to the User menu.
• ADD A USER – Select ADD A USER to add a user.
• PRINT LIST – Select PRINT LIST to print a security list of user security rights.
• A list of users currently defined in the system.

Scroll to the user that needs to be deleted and press Enter.

2. A Security Rights table will appear; press F10 to exit the table.

3. Command options will appear:

• User Change – Select User Change to change the user name. Change the name and press Enter. Select Update to save the changes to the user name.
• Security Change – Select Security Change to return to the Security Rights window and make additional changes to the user's security profile.
• Delete – Select Delete to delete the user.
• Update – Select Update to save changes to the user's security profile.
• Exit – Select Exit to return to the Select A User window that appears when you first enter the User Security option.

Select Delete. The user security profile is now deleted.
